  • This website is owned and operated by Lightnin’ Bug Designs, based in Tennessee, USA.

  • By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian to make purchases.

  • We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time.

2. Products & Services

  • Paint Kits & Subscription Boxes: Each kit includes listed items. Colors and supplies may vary slightly based on availability.

  • Paint Parties: Parties require a minimum number of guests as noted on our booking page. Maximum capacity depends on the venue.

  • We make every effort to display products accurately, but cannot guarantee exact color/appearance due to screen differences.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete billing and shipping information.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other factors outside our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Because our products are art kits and supplies, all sales are generally final.

  • If an item arrives damaged or missing, please contact us within 7 days at support@lightninbugdesigns.com for assistance.

  • Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.

6. Subscription Boxes

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

  • You may cancel anytime by contacting us.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, artwork, tutorials, and content provided by Lightnin’ Bug Designs are protected by copyright.

  • You may not copy, resell, or distribute our products or content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse of our products (including paints, tools, or event supplies).

  • Paint parties involve art supplies that may stain clothing or surfaces — participation is at your own risk.

9. Photography & Marketing

  • At paint parties, Lightnin’ Bug Designs may take photographs for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photos, please let us know before the event.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
