Returns & Refunds

 

At Lightnin’ Bug Designs, we want your order to arrive ready for you to enjoy.

All physical-product sales are final. Because our art kits and subscription boxes contain paint and other creative materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Finished and made-to-order paintings are also final sale.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, contains a defective or incorrect item, or is missing any materials, please email support@lightninbugdesigns.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the affected item and packaging, when applicable

We will review your request and arrange a replacement, replacement materials, or a full or partial refund, as appropriate to the issue, at no additional cost to you.

You do not need to return damaged items. Please do not ship any items back to us. Keep the affected items and packaging until we complete our review.

Refunds

 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Paint Parties and Digital Purchases

 

Paint-party tickets, private-party bookings, and digital classes or memberships are governed by the cancellation and refund terms provided when purchased or booked.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
