Butterfly Bloom can be finished in several ways. It looks beautiful as a burn-only design, fully painted after burning, or with selective painted accents.
For best results, burn the main outline first, remove the Press’n Seal, then burn in your smaller details, texture, and shading.
 
If you choose to paint your design, do not paint over the burned lines. Paint up to the lines and let the burned details show through. The burned lines and shading add depth and character, while paint adds color and helps the flowers and butterfly stand out.
